Description:
As a Delivery Lead for Desktop Management you will be responsible for the Service Delivery from the Desktop Management area. The Delivery Manager will ensure that the highest quality service is provided from the Desktop Support team

Client responsibilities

 Will lead and develop the Desktop Management area, understanding and aligning with the latest technologies

Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel

Should be willing to travel to client sites.

People responsibilities

Should have good people management skills with ability to lead and motivate the team

Should be able to lead and work with virtual teams situated across the globe

Will be responsible to lead and develop the application support team ensuring that the highest quality service is offered

Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for all levels of staff

Contribute to people initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training

Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills

Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures
