Description:
As a Delivery Lead for Application Manangement you will be responsible for the Service Delivery of the application management group. The Delivery Manager will ensure end to end application support on multiple technologies like .net, Java, Lotus Notes and open source platforms

Client responsibilities

The Delivery Lead  will to lead and develop the application support team ensuring that the highest quality service is offered

Work effectively as a team member sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on progress

Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel

Should be willing to travel to client sites.

People responsibilities

Should have good people management skills with ability to lead and motivate the team

Will be responsible to lead and develop the application support team ensuring that the highest quality service is offered

Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for all levels of staff
